  • Order Cancellation & Amendments
    After 24 hours, we’re unable to cancel or change your order because it has already been sent to manufacturing, where production begins almost right away. Each item is customized just for you, with materials and resources dedicated specifically to your order, so stopping or altering it becomes difficult at that stage. This policy helps us ensure top-quality and timely delivery for all our customers.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee
    We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. However, due to the personalized nature of our prints, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Damaged Products
    We take the utmost care in packaging your prints to ensure they arrive safely. If your prints arrive damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact us within 24 hours of receipt with your order number for further instructions.

  • Shipping Costs
    Please note that we do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns or exchanges. If a product is being returned, it will be at the customer's expense.
